Booking Reservations

We walk dogs from 9am to 9pm on weekdays and from 9am to 8pm on weekends. Only 1-hour notice is required for any walk. All weekend walks for regular walking clients must be scheduled no later than Friday at noon. We always try to accommodate last minute requests as well as emergencies but cannot guarantee service. 

Dog Walking Times 

As dog walking is a difficult service to provide and many things are out of our control (e.g. weather, doormen) we cannot guarantee that we can walk your dog at exactly the specified time. While we will do our best to walk your dog as close to your preferred time as possible we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so. 

Walking Policy 

The following is required by you for Happy Pets NYC to walk your dog:
  • Either one set of keys to your apartment or written permission of access with the doorman/concierge (access to your apartment)
  • A towel by the door for rainy days
  • Access to water after the walk is over
  • A suitable place where we can leave notes from the walks
  • A safe collar or harness
  • Bags for waste disposal

_Train-and-Play Service Details and Policies:

  • All Train-and-Play sessions are 30 minutes 
  • Please choose UP TO TWO activities per 30-minute session. For some activities, only one can be chosen per session. 
  • Trainer will provide a detailed report card highlighting the time they spent with your dog. 
  • Train-and-Play packages expire in 3-months and are non-refundable
